Experience in:

1. Compliance- Risk and controls, Internal controls, Sox, Internal Audit, Risk management projects.

2. Process – Working knowledge of different process towers – Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to report, Make to deliver. Understands and articulates controls in each process tower.

3. Assessment process- Expert understanding of process walk through, testing (assessment) of controls.

4. Team Management – Should have managed a team of at least 3-4 team members in the past 2 years. Should have experience in dealing with team dynamics and team

5. Should be updated in all PCOAB and other relevant regulations.

6. Project Management Skills: Should assist in the process of planning to implementation of the various project based assignments or operational assignments.

7. Client handling skills: Should have experience of direct interaction with client and resolving issues or dealing on day to day basis.

8. Others

a. ERP – working knowledge. Should have performed walkthrough or control tests using the ERP. SAP is an added advantage

b. MS office – should have advanced working skills in MS office

c. Good communication skill.
