Job Description:

In this key role you will be responsible for crafting innovative solutions for CPRD customers across domains such as Supply Chain, Sales and Distribution, Procurement etc. The role will involve working with cross-functional teams and bringing out the strength of Capgemini as a group in our solutions. This role will require direct interface with mid to senior level executives at the client end.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Lead Pre-sales/Solutioning efforts for CPRD clients.
- Working with Clients to study As-Is environments and consult on proposing “To Be” processes based on understanding of industry best practices and pain points
- Account Development: Identify new business opportunities at existing clients through understanding of client’s operating environment and business pain points.
- Relationship management with existing CPRD clients (including managing aspects of contracting and financial health of the engagement)
- Project manage responses to RFx from existing and new customers. This involves liaising with key CG stakeholders such as: Solution Architects, Commercial teams, Senior execs (for approvals on bid submissions etc).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Develop relationships with client personnel to foster client ties
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Anticipate client needs before they arise and proactively presented solutions to project team
- Own transformation for such function
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer prior experience with leading CPG firms
- 5 plus years of CPRD Solutioning experience
- Independently led RFI/RFPs in CPRD space
- Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting and resolving problems
- Should independently handle all type of queries from Client/Management
- Good writing, presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to create strong controlled process environment and adherence to controls and compliances
- Excellent Client Management Abilities.
