ROLE - Talent Acquisition – Delivery Head
RESPONSIBILIIES
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Vertical across delivery centres in India, Poland, France and Guatemala.
- Drive Sub verticals of Fresher Hiring, Recruitment Operations and End to End hiring across 6 Global Business Units and 22 Countries.
- Lead an overall team size of 80 people.
- Meet Business Goals of Revenue and Delivery Standards.
- Conceptualize, formulate, implement and monitor geography-wise talent sourcing strategies and build pipeline of qualified candidates, as per clients’ needs
- Interface with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other sourcing/ screening/ candidate matters
- Manage GTAC teams across India locations (all HR related issues, employee motivation, training, performance management, utilization of team members).
- Custodian for job portals for client locations
- Drive Social Media Recruitment Initiatives
- Recruiter Training and Certification
- MIS Support and Analytics through the Command Centre
- Penetrating Countries and BU’s/ building capability and presence
- Keep a hawk-eye view on best talent sourcing practices, new sourcing avenues (job boards, tools and forums) which could improve efficiency and quality of
service delivery
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Post Graduate preferably
- Excellent track record in Talent Acquisition (IT Recruitment)
- Experience in Onshore Hiring/ RPO would be an added advantage
- Exceptional Team Management skills
