Capgemini - Senior Manager/Manager - SME/Consultant/Business Analyst - MBSE - Aerospace/Manufacturing Sector

- Provide Consulting to clients on MBSE best practices, modelling techniques and use of tool features through remote and/or on-site engagements

- Demonstrate the fundamentals of Model-based systems engineering techniques modelling tools.

- Have knowledge of tools like CATIA Magic/No Magic's, for OMG standard modelling languages (SysML, UAF, etc.), core tool

- Engage with other practices to provide MBSE consulting and mentoring for sales and business development

- Support and Organize workshops, seminars, and sales activities with development of example models, best practices and tool demonstrations

- Develop and maintain instructor led training materials and support development of new video/on-demand training.

- Participate in Business Development activities like proposal creation, creation of Industry Narratives related to A&D

- Must be able to independently lead teams both internal and external on MBSE related assignments

- Familiarity with complete manufacturing value chain required, knowledge of aerospace value chain involving - aircraft design, production, maintenance and operation lifecycles/phases, MRO and supply chain preferable
