Senior Manager/ Manager - SME/Consultant/Business Analyst in Aerospace MRO - Aerospace Sector

- Act as a digital transformation leader and SME in Aviation MRO with good functional knowledge of day-to-day activities of MRO organizations and practices.

- Be a Business Analyst with ability to understand customer requirements and propose/develop/manage digital offers, develop go-to market strategy and identify key technology solutions and partnerships, present to global OEMs/MRO Industry players/customers with suitable business cases, considering the business objectives and ROI

- Articulate PoVs on relevant topics of the Industry study and propose the future Industry trends to promote Thought leadership and Branding

- Build and manage cross-functional teams to foster practice development and device market strategies to meet customer requirements around servitisation models or after-sales support that may involve new product/solution development

- Possess strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset to develop the customer relationship in business engagements and propose solutions based on your sound process/technology skills

- Able to propose digital solutions in the areas such as spare parts management, Maintenance operations, supply chain and inventory management, predictive maintenance, defect identification/rectification/repair/replacement, maintenance planning & scheduling activities

- Ability to develop/assess customer user stories, quantify solution outcomes to measurable goals or KPIs such as Mean-time-to-repair, turn-around time, reduction in AOG instances, fleet serviceability, etc.

- Working exposure to major OEMs and their product lines & configurations across Engines/ Aircrafts/rotorcrafts, Airlines and MRO organizations.

- Excellent Knowledge of Aircraft systems and structures and familiarity with complete aerospace value chain involving - aircraft design, production, maintenance and operation lifecycles/phases, MRO and supply chain

- Knowledge and exposure to aircraft technical publications, Airworthiness and Certification processes/requirements

- Exposure to innovative IT/Product design & development techniques such as MBSE (Model based systems engineering), Agile/SAFe, with ability to leverage industry 4.0 technologies (such as IOT, cloud, AR/VR, Automation, Digital Twin, block chain, RFID) for creating customised offerings
