Role: Brand Management Head
Level: Senior Manager / Associate Director
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 13 thru 17 Yrs
Brand Manager will be responsible for establishing the key brand as per the brand strategy plans, developing and implementing innovative programmes for ensuring a strong brand amongst key customer groups.
Key responsibilities
- Custodian for all forms of Brand communication
- Liaison with Creative agencies
- To Plan, propose and implement edit and marketing campaigns / reader connect events on an ongoing basis in order to create buzz around the brand and enhance its equity
- Deliver Communication and Brand Cut through as per communication plan
- Benchmark cost & ensure communication development at the right cost
- Creative conceptualization & execution
- Brand strategy and communication development
- Work with cross functional teams and high on influential skills
- Close co-ordination with Ad agencies, International Brands etc.
- Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the strategies
She/he shall be in-charge of the following activity and coordinate:
Media/communication (ad agency, media agency).
Research agency.
Design team.
Various Departments
Responsible for gathering competitive intelligence.
Driving brand presence on the digital medium.
Assist Marketing Head in all marketing activities from strategy, pricing, promotions and New/existing product/ services development.
KRI:
a) Adherence and effectiveness of brand building activities as per plan.
c) Arranging Promotional material, Collaterals creative & creation of camp codes.
d) Evaluating the quotations for local advertising initiatives like Advertisements, paper inserts etc. and closing the deal with them, post central team approval.
e) Website content updating in coordination with HO (fortnightly/ monthly) as applicable..
