Role description :
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP / QM.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of PP / QM.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve PP / QM related problems.
- Document to be prepared Business Requirement Document / UAT document / SIT document / End User Manuals / Functional Specification Documents / Configuration Document etc.
Background/ Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years working experience in SAP PP & QM modules. Manufacturing domain experience is a must
- Experience in SAP PP/ PPPI / QM in S / 4 HANA end to end implementation and support experience
- Hands on experience in configuration of Production Planning, Execution, BoM, Routing, Quality Management, etc.
- Must have exposure in DMS and good understanding of MRP
- Should have knowledge on business processes in manufacturing/quality and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP. Should have capabilities in handling Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes
- Knowledge of any modeling tool, VISIO, MS Project and MS Office is highly desirable
- Experience in documentation - Business Requirement Document / UAT document / SIT
