Capgemini - SAP S4 HANA/FICO Role - Finance Domain

Role description

- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4 Hana Finance, SAP FI/CO

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.

- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

- Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO.

- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve FI/CO related problems.

- Document to be prepared Business Requirement Document / UAT document / SIT document / End User Manuals / Functional Specification Documents / Configuration Document etc.

Background/ Experience :

- At least 2-3 years of working experience with SAP (S/4 HANA Finance - FICO)

Experience in :

a. FI module components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banks (including integration), and Treasury

b. CO module components including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing (including BOMs and Routings), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers

c. Master Data components including Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs and Routings

d. Accounts receivables Credit and Deduction Management

e. Accounts Payables including VIM/SR/OpenText

f. Process Runner Creation of templates for the business

- Extensive experience with FI/CO integration with other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM).

- Knowledge on S4 is a must including the new Finance structures and Account based COPA

- Must be able to work independently and follow through on all aspects of responsibilities, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Knowledge of any modeling tool, VISIO, MS Project and MS Office is highly desirable

- Experience in documentation - Business Requirement Document / UAT document / SIT
