Role Name - SAP Basis / Integration Solution Architect

Job Location - Mumbai / Bangalore

Responsibilities -

Experienced Technical Architect with the exposure in SAP Basis, SAP Integrations, SAP Development, SAP Security, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Roadmap, SAP SCP, SAP Leonardo for proposals and project delivery.

- Pre-sales technical architect having experience in understanding SAP System requirements and designing solutions in the IT infrastructure domain, costing and bidding for the same to global customers.

- Develops highly advanced SAP ERP / S4 HANA solutions resulting in new business opportunities for the company

- Should have been in client facing roles for 2-3 engagements.

- Should have worked as end to end SAP Technical Architect with strong Basis knowlege and have worked for at least 4 pursuits/proposals.

- Assisting the sales team to drive revenue by helping to qualify accounts, answer RFP/RFIs, preparing and delivering solution based product presentations, and delivering proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.

- Direct interaction with customers to translate business requirements into Solutions.

- Defend the Designed Solution with customers and can conduct assessments and workshops

- Develop and manage a team of 5-10 Team members.

- Responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions including SAP and create Proof of Concepts as and when required.

- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.

- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Should have excellent communication skill(mandatory)

- Should be flexible with travelling

-Experienced in a multi cultural, multi location setup.

-Excellent communication skill and Fluent in English. Additional language German/Spanish/Dutch or French is a big plus.

-Experienced in client senior management interactions

-Very good capabilities and experience in people management and stake holder management

- Willing to relocate and ready to travel
