Principal Architect (14+ years of Total experience required) (14-21 yrs)
- Total 15+ Industry Experience, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in leading Information Management / large BI Data Management programs.
- Skilled in DW / BI Architecture and Design and experience in end to end implementation of at least three large data management programs
- Expertise in at least two market leading data management & integration tools like SAP DS (Required) and others (Informatica, IBM, MSBI, Teradata etc)
- Should be experienced in setting / managing CoE or dedicated practice with at least 200 consultants
- Strong customer interfacing skills with particular emphasis on technology and experience in positioning Data Management Solutions to customers and CXO's
- Experienced in Presales activities, developing GTM collaterals, Team Building and Execution Excellence
- Experienced in developing development guidelines,, frameworks and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, persuasive and presentation skills.
- Experienced in performing stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and user research
- Experienced in consulting and advisory roles, performing stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and user research
- Data Modeling expertise and expertise in various industry / canonical data models in TTL or BFS or Insurance is a plus
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic guidance to customers on information management domains
- Create / review / refine solution and technical architecture for large data management programs
- Actively participate and support business development (including proposal / bid management, travel for in person presentations etc)
- Keep abreast of industry trends, development technology, advancements in state of the art data management services.
- Provide planning estimates for project scope, schedule, and resource requirements insuring programs are properly budgeted, estimated, and scheduled
- Evaluate and review content developed by other Data architects and Data designers
- Mentor Data Management talent and evaluate/recruit new talent as needed
- Develop and manage data management competency road map for large team of consultants
