Role Description :

Performs Project Management role during complex transformation projects for internal and external clients. Ensures the delivery of a high quality, professional and proactive customer focused service. Responsible for delivering the projects on time and within the budget. The role includes project plans management, reporting to the customer and internal management.

Qualifications (Education, Experience) :

- Strong Leadership skills

- 8 years of experience in Project Management; if shorten - project management certification

- Cross level communication;

- 10 years of proven experience in transformation projects delivery

- Excellent analytical & technical skills (if any);

- Sales orientation

- Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation;

- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);

- Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders;

- Must be able to demonstrate a level maturity while under constant pressure from the business and technology community

- Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
