Operations Manager (People Manager)

1. Leading a team of 20+ people, working on projects along Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting - Specializing in inventory management, inventory optimization and good understanding of supply chain planning processes like demand planning, supply planning.

2. Leading project related to Project Management Support - Knowledge of project life cycle, project management, project planning, data migration, transformation.

3. Engaging with clients on a regular basis for requirements gathering, strategy building and decision making.

4. Responsible for growing the team further and adding additional work to the existing scope of projects and also look for opportunities for new projects.

5. Flexible in approach and attitude towards new activities. Ready to take up challenging projects.

6. Team Management - Ability to work with large teams with varied skill sets. As a people manager, you should own the responsibility of shaping up the team and skills.
