Role: Operations Head  Location: Mumbai  Experience: 16+ Years  Role Clarity:  - Somebody who have managed delivery Ops for large Organizations.  - Must have 4-5 Years experience into similar roles.  - Managing day to day ops for large services BU  - Will manage internal stakeholders (Onshore Offshore)  - Will have a team of 10-15 members.  He will manage 5 Functions: each function will have Leads managing 3-4 ppl and each lead will report into Ops Head.  1. RMG function: Doing resource management- Demand & supply management  - Hiring Management  - Allocation/Tagging  - Bench & Utilization management.  - Time sheet management.  Under RMG Function - responsibility for Demand fulfillment. Hiring management should be changed to Resource Supply Chain Management.  2. Pyramid & Cost management.   3. Training Coordination: SPOC, works with LnD, Conduct trainings & certifications. Get training schedules.  4. MIS: Reports on all functions.  - responsibility for managing Employee Master data, skills tagging, CV/resume uploads, SO creation for demand fulfillment, and generating operational reports like demand forecasting, resource utilization, bench analysis, cost analysis, location/grade/skill based supply side analytics, billing/opportunity loss, etc.  5. Facility Enablement: On-boarding/Desktop/laptops/Bench/Seat allocations/email/Location Transfers/Project Transfers  Additionally he will be supporting HR into Employee Engagement & Performance management
