Also you will play a critical role in partnering with our clients to streamline their financial operations, optimize their ERP systems, and drive business performance. Leveraging your deep understanding of finance processes and ERP solutions, you will lead consulting engagements, develop strategic recommendations, and implement innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from ERP implementations to finance transformation initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points related to finance and ERP systems, and develop tailored solutions to address their needs.

2. Analysis and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' finance processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

3. Strategy Development: Develop strategic recommendations and action plans to optimize finance processes, enhance ERP functionality, and drive business value for clients.

4. ERP Implementation: Lead ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with clients' business goals and objectives.

5. Change Management: Support clients in navigating organizational change associated with ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.

6. Project Management: Manage consulting engagements from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and ERP, and share insights with clients and colleagues to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements:

- Consulting Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on finance and ERP systems implementation and optimization.

- Finance and ERP Expertise: Deep knowledge of finance processes (e.g., record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ERP solutions.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.

- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to address client challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

- Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading consulting engagements, managing project teams, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

- Change Management: Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness assessment, particularly in the context of ERP implementations and finance transformation projects.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of one or more industries or functional areas, such as healthcare, technology, finance, operations, or strategy, is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
