ECM Lead
As ECM Lead, the candidate shall carry complete responsibility for building and running the Enterprise Content Management Competency as part of Capgemini Insights and Data global practice.
ECM competency shall comprise of :
Enterprise Content Management :
- Document Management Systems
- Records Management Systems
- ECM enabled Case Management
- Content Capture and Scanning Solutions
- Cloud ECM
- Information and Content Archiving
- Information Discovery - Search / eDiscovery
- Content Analytics
Specific responsibilities shall include :
- The candidate shall be responsible for creating the complete set of Service offerings in each of these segments, and socializing these with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of the business plan for the competency in conjunction with key stakeholders, including the Go-to-market strategy
- Ownership of innovation, CoE, Solutions, demands vs supply situation for the Competency
- Creation and ownership of processes and methodologies for ECM, along with the associated tool/product framework
- Service articulation for ECM services
- Creation of Knowledge management system for these
- Creation of competency for addressing each of the defined services
- Recruitment and development of the core ECM delivery and Solutions team
- Training and certification
- Execution of key partnerships for growing the practice, and for GTM
- Identification of suitable ECM products for inorganic growth
- Creation of solutions, including IPs, for the entire practice
Background and experience :
- The candidate should have a degree in Engineering and/or Management, followed by 10-15 years overall IT experience.
- This should include strong delivery experience, including delivery ownership of large, multi-location ECM engagements.
- From a technology perspective, the candidate should be well-versed in leading ECM technology/tool stacks like EMC Documentum, IBM Filenet, Microsoft Sharepoint, OpenText, Lexmark, Alfresco, Enterprise Search Products etc.
- He/She should be a thought leader in process frameworks and implementation, particularly around creating strong Information/Content Governance practices.
- He/She should be extensively hands-on from the perspective of delivery and practice management.
- He/She should also have extensive experience with crafting and estimating ECM solutions and of working closely with Presales/Sales teams on large proposal response
