The person MUST be:
Qualified CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance) with relevant post qualification experience (12 years - 15 years)
Very Good communication skills and client management skills.
Superior analytical skills including strong PC and ERP literacy (Advanced Excel, Oracle, BO/Hyperion desirable)
Understanding of market and economic trends.
Should be willing to travel, have a valid passport and willing to work European shift timing.
Work Experience: 12+ Years of Industry Experience
Excellent knowledge P2P process
Prior experience of managing a contract of 80-100 resources in the area of P2P
Strong People and Project Management skills and transition
Strong delivery skills especially with complex engagements.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Leadership skills in a multicultural environment
Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment
Ability to influence at senior business levels
Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
Experience in change management
