Details of the position:
Role: Large Deals Solution Architect
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
- Must have at least 15+ years of experience in large and multi tower complex deals solutioning
- Must have at least 10+ years of experience as pre sales consultant and able to lead and respond RFI/RFP
- In depth experience of designing solutions related to applications services
- Ownership & design of balanced end-to-end solutions that are aligned to the sales and win strategy, taking into account the technical, commercial aspects of the overall solution
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to lead discussions with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex matters concisely, boiling down core issues to their essence, and influence decision-making at various organizational levels through focused conversation and detailed knowledge of the subject
- Ability to harness the best of the organisations- portfolio to meet the stated and unstated requirements of the deal
- Ability to understand the competitive landscape and tailor the solution to counter these come across as the most optimal proposition to the client
- Excellent understanding of key commercial and legal principles as they apply to a deal - knowledge of different commercial models, key aspects of financial engineering of deals, ability to identify commercial and legal risks
- Must have excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills
- Exposure to infrastructure and business services related solutions is desirable
- Experience of delivery of large and complex application services programmes is desirable
