Job Description : Business Relationship Manager
Role Profile :
Responsible for the business relationships in a particular scope for one or more business units at Capgemini India.
In addition to this :
Management of business satisfaction, business demand processes, and communication about the Group IT strategy and initiatives
Proactive support of Business IT evolving needs, in alignment with Group strategy.
Drive Business Digital Transformation
Identify added value opportunities by combining business insights and current/emerging technologies.
Articulate Group IT vision and tools in the context of Business expectations.
Manage Demand
Ensure Business demand is properly captured and documented
Partner with other Group IT teams in defining priorities and plans (advocacy)
Supporting the business in presenting how and to what extent (new) technology is applied to IT services
Supporting the creation of business cases for ideas, business requests, and initiatives
Manage Relationships
Being single point of contact for the business regarding Group IT services provided
Manage relationships with business in selected scope
Communicate on Group IT activities
Measure and report satisfaction (SLA)
Coordinate activities within scope (i.e. deployment plans)
Manage IT allocation process (finance)
Partner with Group IT teams
Help to transform demand into properly documented requirements
Help manage escalations or conflicting items.
Support compliance with defined IT processes
Organize global coverage with regional teams (BRM network)
Aligning with the business on the applicable Service Level Agreement
Reporting on the defined KPI's of the Service Level Agreement to the main business stakeholders
Organizing Service Reviews to obtain overall feedback from the business on the service delivery
Conducting user survey's and obtaining OTACE reporting where applicable

IT Management
Program Management (change management included)
Service management (optional)
IT or enterprise Architecture exposure.
One technical expertise
Sales Management
Fluent in English
Excellent Communication abilities (in English), needed to articulate business to IT and reverse visions
Analytical approach to problem-solving
On time and accurate Reporting

Proactive attitude and autonomy
Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, the ability of effective escalation management.
Provide connectivity solutions as required by business
Plan, Design & Implement of new services, technology upgrades.
Undertake technology POC and design and deployment activities as part of major projects
Maintain up-to-date design documents
Experience
10+ years IT management background (cost center or center of expertise)
- Business experience is a Plus
Experience in business process analysis, defining/implementing user requirements and IT projects
Strong in strategic topics, adding value to vision and strategy
Good facilitator in getting commitment and buy-in
