About CIS BU:
The Infrastructure Services business unit reflects this joined up approach combining Capgeminis consulting, infrastructure build and run capabilities in an integrated global sales and delivery model. The group provides cloud infrastructure projects and outsourcing services, including date centre, end user computing, service integration, cloud platforms and cyber security. It executes a range of projects including consulting, infrastructure transformation and optimisation and business change-led programmes.
The Industrialization team within CIS is responsible for creating, deploying and maintaining the groupassets and platforms. This includes creating product roadmaps, devising adoption and roll-out strategies and program governance to ensure assets become an integral part of operations.

The Opportunity:
Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to be the Lead architect of our industrialization shared services function in CIS BU. The key responsibilities are as follows.
- Lead role as Enterprise tools and automation architect in the CIS Industrialization team.
- Drive AIOps and automation at scale developing use cases that drive productivity and business KPIs.
- Develop solutions for Hybrid cloud management covering public,private and on-prem infrastructure
- Participate in product roadmaps for various industrialization assets and platforms.
- Solutioning and reviewing automation and tools platforms both multi-tenant and dedicated.
- Modernization of delivery. SPOC for GBL led initiatives Delivery modernization such as GDO (Global Delivery/Digital Organization), integrated apps, infra tooling, data driven analytics.
- Be part of major change reviews and Major Incident management bridge calls to bring the Level 4 expertise in resolving major technical issues
This person will ADDITIONAL DRIVERS/MAIN KPIS OF THE ROLE.
- Client visits and customer demos.
- Analysts briefings and interactions with marketing teams for brand building
The candidate should have a builder and entrepreneurial mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (productivity savings, cycle time reduction, catalogue of assets)
The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.
Additional Responsibilities Include (LIST 5-7; EXAMPLES PROVIDED):
- Product development inputs for new assets that move the needle further on AI and GenAI capabilities
- Supporting the continuous improvement of the existing capabilities of the platform
- Developing a set of go-to-market and internal automation assets
- Orchestrating the deployment of the offer in regional Center of Excellence, responsible for pre-sales and delivery
- Ensuring sales and delivery readiness; evangelize and train business developers and account executives on Digital Manufacturing and key offers
Our Ideal Candidate is expected to have the following:
- Enterprise tools and automation experience of architecting and managing platforms that are multitenant.
- ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk ITSI, Moogsoft/BigPanda, Dynatrace.
- 14-20 years experience with GSI/MSP and managed multiple customers.
- AIOps and automation at scale driving use cases that drive productivity and business KPIs.
- Experience on tools like Ansible, HP/MF-OO, industry grade orchestrators.
- Hybrid cloud management covering public,private and on-prem infrastructure.
- AWS and Azure public cloud native observability capabilities including marketplace and open source tools as well as SRE/DevOps principles.
- Drive product roadmap for various industrialization assets and platforms.
- Application management (APM) exposure on any of the tools such as Appdynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, NewRelic, SignalFx.
- Solutioning experience in automation and tools platforms both multi-tenant and dedicated.
- Experience in handling Client visits and anchoring customer demos.
- Onshore experience and delivery in regions/market units preferred.
- This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.

- Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
