Capgemini is hiring Financial Analytics (CFO Analytics) for Bangalore Location

Position: Sr. Process Associate

Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance/ Statistics/ Maths

Experience: 2-3 Years Experience in Reporting/ Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

- Data mining: account mining, scanning business processes, identifying performance trends, bottlenecks

- Reporting : Working Capital Insights, Actual v/s Budget, trends, YOY comparison, BU wise performance report

- Consolidate Data from multiple sources and present it in pre determined format in excel & power point.

- Maintain the credibility of all data analysis and processes maintained by the team.

- Areas of work could be in Financial Planning Analysis, Working Capital, Expense Analysis etc.

Primary Skills

- Excel & PowerPoint (Mandatory)

- MS Access (Preferable)

- Team Player, Analytical Skills

- Positive Attitude & Willingness to put that extra effort to exceed expectations

- Fluent English communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation)

Secondary Skills

- Ability to adapt & work in an unstructured & ambiguous environment

- Good research skills, ability to grasp, analyze/ compare/ contrast large amounts of information

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests

- Knowledge of statistical tools like regression diagnostics or experience of working with related software’s (SPSS, SAS) will be an added advantage
