Key Responsibilities:
- Support in Analysis and Reporting in Customer and Marketing areas such Pricing, Sales Force effectiveness and compensation, products, profitability, Customer segmentation, surveys etc,
The consultant performs works on gathering and interpreting relevant data investigating issues, find root causes, and develops reports/insights for the clients.
- Common responsibilities include strategic operations analysis, scanning business processes, identifying performance trends, bottlenecks, data analysis, data mining, preparation of reports, and the project management
- Use strong system skills and business knowledge to examine the effectiveness of client’s operations and to communicate conclusions. Develop reports and analysis for continuous improvement.
- The candidate should be able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for clients.
Education Requirements
- An MBA from a reputed institute or an Engineer with exceptional work experience/Masters in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research
- Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)
Experience Requirements:
1. 1-3 years
2. Experience performing analyses independently under a pre-defined framework, particularly involving large data sets, including Providing support in the development of practical business recommendations and evaluating associated financial impact. Preparing data and tables for presentation of analyses. Attention to detail.
3. Strong communications skill. Working knowledge of computer software and tools (e.g., relational database management systems). Understanding of analytical concepts and ability to perform business Analysis. Expert use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
