Capgemini - Business Controller - CA

- The Business Controller is required to coordinate & consolidate the financial planning and reporting process, report business performance and KPIs, carry out margin and profitability analysis for the BU

- Contribute to the long business planning of the business unit head and financial controller including exercising financial control over transactions.

- Evaluating long term financial strategies and helping BU head in making decisions on the strategic business direction

- Partnering closely with Delivery, Sales and CFOs teams drive the day to day operational strategy

- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and annual operating plans for the business.

- Driving Improvement in delivery and engagement KPIs, competitiveness,

- Evaluation of pipeline, revenue recognition, invoicing and operational excellence by providing the commercial Support to new and existing deals and Projects Support

- Interpersonal skills, including executive presence and business partnering experience

- Understanding Oracle financial system, accounting and taxation

Qualified CA with 7+ years of experience from Tier 1 companies.
