Additional responsibilities include assisting manager with development, analysis and implementation of staff training. To perform complex tasks with respect to US Healthcare Insurance end to end claims adjudication. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. - Ensure claims related requests are handled in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Person should have deep domain knowledge when it comes to performing complex Insurance claim adjudication tasks; hence it is important that this person should be very sound in US HI Claims domain knowledge. - Should have 8 - 10 on Team Handling experience - Should have sound knowledge of MS Office tools - Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member. Write and administer performance reviews for skill improvement. - Should be able to perform claims related changes as requested by Insured and accordingly make changes in Admin system used - Provide support for fellow team members by providing appropriate coaching, counseling, direction and resolution. - Ensure fellow employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their job. - Respond to and resolve client issues. - Share continual responsibility and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and effectively. - Establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives. - Communicate with upper management regarding department or employee concerns. - Complying with company regulations regarding HIPAA, confidentiality, and private health information.
