CapAleph - Business Development Manager - Training & Deployment Business Vertical

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager for the Training and Deployment business vertical of an engineering services company. This is a key business vertical of the company and offers excellent career prospects for a performing candidate.

The incumbent will be responsible for growing the existing training facility into a premier training centre of global standards including development of curriculum, accreditation from premier certification agencies of the courses, business development for the training centre and recruitment of the faculty and support staff. The candidate shall also be responsible for business development of the Manpower Deployment business including building a strong customer base of international and domestic clients. He will also be required to develop a system of client satisfactions scores as an indicator of the quality of service level provided to the clients and also a web-based manpower deployment set-up.

The candidate shall be responsible for ensuring that desired business plans and profitability targets are achieved.

Given that the job is client and people centric, we are looking for a HR professional who is adept at training and people development, client acquisition and retention, resource planning and talent acquisition for international and domestic businesses.

The position shall entail travel to various overseas and domestic locations on a regular basis.

The position shall report to the Vice President Business Development of the company but will also work closely with the Executive Director.

The ideal candidate should be an Engineer with MBA, specialising in Human Resource or Marleting from institutions of repute and should have 10-12 years of experience with a demonstrable track record.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's profile and in line with industry standards.
