Role Overview:
The Investment Banking Manager will play a critical role in managing and executing complex investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and corporate restructuring. You will be responsible for leading teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Lead and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring the delivery of tailored financial solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Deal Execution: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of investment banking transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring. Ensure timely and successful execution of deals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership and Management: Manage and mentor a team of junior bankers and analysts. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their professional growth and ensure high performance.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Lead the preparation of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and other financial due diligence for client projects. Ensure accuracy and strategic insights are reflected in all financial documents.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advisory services to clients on corporate finance matters, including market entry strategies, product launches, financial restructuring, and capital allocation.
