Job description:

Manage people

- Initiate & build relationships with India's elite (grads of IITs, IIMs...)

- Proactively engage with a large number people on phone, email & face-to-face to discuss career opportunities

Ensure quality

- Work in process driven manner to send only the right candidates to the client

- Analyze process data & build technology to improve quality & speed

- Work systematically by prioritizing the work stream so that deadlines a respected

Job requirements:

Skills & background: You MUST be

- Bachelors from top colleges in India

- So intelligent that you can beat any aptitude test into pulp

- Able to write eloquent stories in English

- Able to explain new & complex ideas in English

- Able to work fast with Excel, Word & Powerpoint & VBA

- Able to to organize & understand data & numbers quickly

Attitude: You MUST

- Be able to patiently listen to the most irritating of people

- Be a fast learner

- Be an insanely optimistic person

- Have moved heaven & earth for deadlines

- Have stamina to work-hard
