- Demonstrate high proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures with the ability to resolve complex queries or deliverables
- Projects execution: lead/facilitate Enterprise wide transformation projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation
- Responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, including those of senior leaders
- Ensure to have a mechanism to not just measure but effectively display performance metrics
- Complete participation in Company Excellence Initiatives and driving it to successful closure
- Process redesign and process reengineering to incorporate latest technologies and automations from inception
- Ability to collate and analyze complex large-scale data and recommend
- Supporting Annual performance, attrition, hiring etc dashboards and processes from analytics standpoint
