Job Description :
We are looking for a technically proficient problem solver and want to work directly with external & internal clients/end customer, then this is the role for you. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with a strong sense of ownership, passion to provide a great customer experience, and excellent troubleshooting skills in ambiguous situations. Provide tactical and technical support to review customer cases and also manage a team under you to guide and provide directions on what we plan to achieve as a team together.
You will typically focus on strategizing roadmap for digital application & team you manage by educating them on best practices, and troubleshooting implementation and configuration problems. In addition, you will be the SPOC, representing the Vertical you manage within the mid-senior leadership organization. Finally, you will help to coordinate the activities of a team of Product Managers/Analysts and also other stakeholders like Development Head, Infra team from time to time to setup processes wherever required and to ensure to have seamless experience for all internal & external stakeholders in the eco system you manage.
Key job responsibilities :
- Actively manage integration projects with a portfolio of digital application development, API Integration with external clients
- Work with external clients to set and meet milestones to deliver high-quality integration projects and support every time
- Manage a team of Product managers or Analysts directly reporting to you in different areas by smoothening out the current processes and also career development goals
- Engage internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings
- Partner to provide technical support to the development, PM and SA teams on documentation, best practices, security risks, troubleshooting and testing
- Manage the operational relationships with stakeholders of external clients/new businesses and ensure their products are setup for success
- Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively help protect your clients security and app solutions architecture.
- Manage Revenue & Cost of the business vertical that you manage
Basic Qualifications :
- For this position, we expect min. 5 years of work experience in a technical account management position or similar roles
- BSc/MSc/Btech/Mtech in computer science or relevant technical degree is preferred, any bachelors degree with relevant experience is also appreciated
- SME status in one or more services (application development, APIs, Infra management) and enough to effectively handle client escalations
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads among evolving priorities, maintain a strong attention to detail and work together with the team
- Data driven and demonstrates good working knowledge of metrics, KPIs and SLAs and put them to practice in delivering results.
- Experience managing remote teams with diverse experience and range of skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Desire to work in an ambiguously fast-paced, challenging environment
- Experience as a SME and escalation point for operations teams, developers, and internal business partners
- Experience partnering with multiple functional roles Solution Architects, Engineers, and Product Managers
- Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
