Scope And Responsibility :
Senior Manager Product Development and Management will be responsible for having a keen focus on enhancing the definition and growth of CAMS business in its marketplace. He/she will be the primary driver of the groups product vision, overseeing the development and management of the products roadmap based on adopted strategies and vision. The spectrum of tasks ranges from innovative product solutions, optimizing the efficacy and efficiency of existing products, client and stakeholders relationship management in close co-ordination with all departments.
The ideal candidate for this role will come with 5+ years of experience, preferably in the Internet Consumer/B2B space, possess excellent communication and people skills; have a strong technical background with a flair for complex problem solving.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- This senior-level role responsible for the overall success of a company's product portfolio. You will work closely with the product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define, develop, and launch new products. You will also oversee the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing products. You must have a deep understanding of the product development process, the needs of the target market, and the competitive landscape. You are expected to be able to build and motivate a high-performing team.
- Defining CAMS product strategy: This involves understanding the needs of the target market of CAMS, identifying new opportunities, and setting priorities for product development.
- Overseeing the product development process: This includes working with engineers to define requirements, creating and managing product roadmaps, and tracking progress.
- Launching new products: This involves working with marketing to create a launch plan, communicating with the sales team, and managing customer expectations, revenue projections and overall profitability of the product.
- Managing existing products: This includes identifying and fixing bugs, adding new features, and improving the overall user experience.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders: This includes working with CXOs within CAMS and with AMC and other Clients, and other senior executives to ensure that the product team is aligned with the company's overall goals.

The person should be a go-getter willing to go the extra mile by bringing in Thought Leadership, strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Education and Experience Requirements :
- Master's degree in computer science with an MBA from a premium institute will be preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in product development and management
- Experience in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, devops, and handling post go live issues.
- Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, marketers, and executives.
- Demonstrated experience in launching successful products in BFSI domain.

- The ability to identify and solve problems that arise during the product development process.

KPIs :
- Product Launch Success: Revenue generated by new products, Adoption Percentage of the product, # of new products launched every year.
- Product Quality: # of bugs within 120 days of product launch, # of new CRs raised on the same requirement because original solution was not thought through, # of AMC/Back Office complaints, Client C-Sat Score on CRs
- Product Profitability: cost of developing and launching new products, revenue generated, etc.
- Life Cycle Management CR backlogs, automation project implementation, HC reduction due to automation, etc.,
