Campus XP - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Corporate Communications

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications Team to conceptualize and develop key content and messaging for both internal (e.g. Employee Townhall) and external forums (e.g. Speaker Engagements)

- Collaborate with Enabling Functions (e.g. HR, Admin, Digital/IT, etc.) to identify strategic priorities aligned with the Business, facilitate execution, and track performance

- Collaborate with Investor Relations Team on market research, content generation, and messaging

- Actively involved in building the Long Range Strategy Plan with other stakeholders
