- Managing end to end Campus Recruitment. Demand planning
- Strategizing and planning Campus events, Internship Program Management Design and Execution of end to end Campus hiring
- Responsible for complete lifecycle within stipulated timelines and building talent pipeline across functions Worked with respective business leaders to arrive at overall campus recruitment strategy
- Engage active and passive top talent through on-campus relationships and events
- Manage screening process for resumes collected at campus events to build pipeline and accomplish hiring goals across a wide range of openings
- Maintain, track, and share data by event with internal partners
- Work as one team and assume ad-hoc projects whenever there is a surge in hiring needs
- Represent the organisation externally and communicate our goals and strategy
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years campus recruiting experience
- Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule based on recruiting seasons
