Job Responsibilities;
- Developing various campus hiring strategy for the new initiatives led by the group - Group Resources Management (GMR).
- Partnering with key business leaders for designing, planning and executing the campus relation strategy.
- Building Employer branding framework to draw attention of the top talent from premier Schools and Engineering colleges.
- To drive various hiring events at campus and acting as the organizations Brand Ambassador at these institutes.
- You will be responsible for implementing innovative ways to source top talents at target schools, including efforts to source virtually and engage students through digital tools, and the development of key digital branding concepts and materials.
Must Have :
- Post Graduate from a Tier-1 Institute with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- A solid recruiting background with knowledge of the external campus recruiting ambitious environment including experience designing and implementing programs and processes
- Knowledge of a global markets space is a plus.
- Solid leadership skills with experience developing and leading large professional teams
- Solid teaming skills, relationship building, relationship maintenance in a matrix team environment
- Experience running senior partner partnerships
- Solid influencing skills based on a solid reputation of being able to deliver at this level garnered from within the business client group and from within the campus recruiting community
- A resilient attitude and passion for excelling
