- Finalize the recruitment process and tools to be used for hiring
- Evaluate & identify an assessment panel relevant to each profile and campus
- Train the assessors on the recruitment process
- Engage with the campuses to get the best possible slots for the company for the recruitment process
- Invite assessors and manage logistics for each hiring event
- Manage the hiring process on campus including hosting GDs, interviews and rolling out offers
- Ensure that the hiring process is followed without any deviations
- Engage with the hired candidates to ensure 100% offer acceptance
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the hiring process and quality of the assessors
- Drive campus engagement initiatives across institutes to position the company as an employer of choice
- Design and implement a structured calendar of specific initiatives on each campus to engage with the student community
- Manage existing campus competitions - Stratos & Headstart
- Design and implement a media strategy including print and social media to showcase across campuses
- Manage the leadership talks across all partner B schools for both the batches (year 1 & 2)
- Engage with campus faculty to write case studies on the Group's success stories
- Brand Champions- Engage with the company alumni and host interactive sessions at campuses
- Prepare and present the campus pre-placement talks at campuses
- Identify new ways of building the comapny's brand and engaging with students and faculty
