Campus Recruitment - Candidate must be from Premium B schools
- To design, roll out and institutionalize processes that will enable Young Talent participants in taking up leadership roles in the Group through the Talent Management, Learning & Development, Career Movements, Employee Engagement and Social Media Branding processes.
- Plan and organize all premier B school campus hiring - finals and summer placements
- Proactively manage campus engagement programmes by leveraging sr leaders through the year.
- Support Engineering leadership programme hiring and engagement
- Implement the career management framework for all campus hires and support career movements for specific bands.
- Conduct career conversations for all campus hires
- Basis career conversations, draw up prospective career plans for all the high potential campus hires
- Identify & implement multiple engagement touch points
