- Managing Campus hire manpower forecasting, planning and driving the hiring process.
- Conceptualizing, designing and executing on-boarding and Induction program for Management Trainees.
- To design, roll out and institutionalize processes that will enable Young Talent participants in taking up leadership roles.
- Building Campus relationship and driving Campus Recruitment and Branding across Tier 1 Business Schools.
- Implement the career management framework and support career movements for specific bands.
- Design, plan and implement initiatives for engaging stakeholder's basis identified needs.
- Talent Management of Management Trainees to fast track their career growth by constantly evaluating their performance at several touch points and at regular intervals to facilitate timely feedback and guidance.
Education: - Full time (2 years Post Graduation)
