Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding for a Large FMCG CONGLOMERATE


Looking for candidates from XISS, XIMB, FORE SCHOOL, IMI, GIM, K J SOMAIYA, AMITY, ST. XAVIERS UNIV with 1-3 Years of experience in managing campus hires across management and tech campuses.

KRA's :

Campus Recruitment :

- Strategize, plan and execute campus strategy with end-to-end ownership of the process.

- Keep abreast with the latest hiring trends and best practices in campus recruitment.

- Liaison with multiple businesses to finalize the requisition for interns

- Evaluate newer assessment tools, pilot and evaluate the efficacy of same over the forthcoming processes

- Identify and organize training sessions for managers involved in campus recruitment

- Effectively engage, motivate, and lead the Campus ambassadors for seamless operations on campus

- Ensure budgets adherence and manage budgets for entire team

- Foster and maintain relationships with Universities- campus coordinators, faculties, and relevant committees, ensuring access to hiring top talent

- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to ensure they meet the minimum requirements.

Employer Branding :

- Craft a communication strategy to effectively and uniformly pitch the Organization on Campus; constantly reinforce the standing of the Orgn. as one of the most preferred Employer.

- Ideate and promote the Orgn.'s employer brand across social media platforms

- Partner with multiple businesses to roll out live business challenges

- Identify and train speakers on Storytelling to effectively pitch the Orgn on Campus.

- Ensure a prolonged industry-academia collaboration

- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions by senior leadership to share the Orgn.'s vision and industry-leading practices.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities to sponsor campus events to amplify the Orgn presence.

Corporate HR Business Partnering:

- Supporting HRBP on governance-related documentation for employee-related matters.

- Preparation of annual functional review and plan document.

- Work with Stakeholders across all Corporate functions and help manage the employee life-cycle

- Work on various reporting and audit queries.
