Job Purpose :
- Ensuring alignment of Campus Recruitment strategy with business objectives and overall TA strategy
- Creating a best in industry Future Banker program and Joint Certification Program
- Creating a stable and well-qualified talent pipeline in partnership with Campuses and Institutes
- Refining quality of talent pipeline through strategy modifications and implementation of assessment & evaluation tools
Key Responsibility Areas : Actionable :
- Market Intelligence & Scoping - Gathering comprehensive Market Intelligence regarding campus recruitment practices across industries
- Benchmarking internal processes against industry standards
- Identifying and evaluating solutions and interventions to increase efficiencies
- Campus Tiering & Compensation Management
- Defining the campus tiering process and parameters in collaboration with C&B
- Managing tiering of new campuses
- Reviewing tiering of existing campuses and making re-tiering recommendations
- Campus Engagement & Branding - Ensuring ongoing and consistent engagement with identified campuses
- Liaising with the Social Media & Branding team to create branding strategy for campuses
- Ensuring consistent candidate experience across campuses
