- Campus Recruiting is a key part of our talent strategy. To own & drive this, Our client is looking for a Manager- College Recruiting.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all aspects of College Recruiting for Tech & B-Schools, including full time employees & interns. Own & drive brand building & relationships on campus, selection & offer process and onboarding of college hires. Ensuring that the client is able to attract & hire talent from top colleges.

- He/She will work on developing integrated programs to support the company’s business plans and objectives.

- The position will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Must Have Skills:

- Bachelors / Masters degree with 10+ years experience. Atleast 2 years in managing College Recruiting in a high growth, complex recruiting environment.

- Strong understanding of the College Recruiting dynamicsboth with respect to the technology & management schools.

- Ability and track record of attracting & hiring top talent

- Good knowledge of implementing & improving TA systems & processes

- Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment

- Fantastic and proactive communication skills. Verbal and written confidence in all areas related to communication. Track record of employing tools and resources to ensure alignment on progress reporting for all stakeholders.

- Metrics orientation, with an ability to analyze data for trends.

- Track record of delivery working with multiple stakeholders.
