1. Own and be accountable of the strategy, planning & execution of Graduate/ Post Graduate hiring into pre-defined divisions
2. Be fully cognizant and adhere to all policies and procedures governing the recruitment of
3. Ensure accurate and prompt tracking of recruitment status against target for own responsible division(s)
4. Manage own divisional recruitment, university relationships and program costs against allocated budget, for graduate/ intern hiring
5. Partner business stakeholders to embed diversity in candidate attraction and selection mechanisms. Educate the business on their accountability for diversification talent pool
6. Managing the recruitment, joining and induction for the graduates and Post Graduates
7. Work closely with the HR teams in the region ensuring smooth transition from Recruitment to Graduate Training through to Program Management
8. Capture all data in respective MIS and software
