Job Summary

- You will be leading the Engineering/Business School Recruitment for Campuses across India

- You would be the one stop shop for all Eschool/ Business School related hiring and engagement initiatives in India.

Your role will also be to:

- Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the Eschool/ Bschool recruitment and Engagement team.

- Build and maintain relationships with campuses

- Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment.

- Lead compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creating campus hiring strategy from Eschools across India working closely with the Business leadership team

- Planning and executing the campus delivery cycle end to end

- Creating engagement and branding strategy for Eschools/Bschools

- Work with Recruitment marketing team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to meet overall business objectives

- Managing the financial budgets and delivering initiatives

- Identifying areas of opportunity and shaping actions to address them, where needed

- Ensure one Accenture face to the Campus and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed

- Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate strategies

- Work closely with the Business Unit leads to understand the hiring forecast

Qualification And Experience:

i. 5-8 years of experience into campus hiring from Engineering/ Business School. Industry Preference any.

ii. Experience in driving engagement activities at the target campuses as well as driving intern to graduate conversion

iii. Proven ability to develop networks and builds alliances; ability to collaborate across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals.

iv. Proven ability to analyze the organization's competitive position by considering market and industry trends, existing and potential stakeholders

v. Strong project management skills and continues improvement mind-set

vi. Proven ability to communicate/market information effectively

vii. Highly adaptable and flexible as a part of a fast paced environment

viii. Strong learning agility with proactive, can-do attitude

ix. Team player with a high sense of urgency, able to interact with all levels of the organization and connect well with students.
