This role is for a large investment bank
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead campus recruitment team responsible for hiring of 200+ people from premium B-Schools (IIMs)
2. Partner with business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns etc
3. Leverage expertise, knowledge identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses
4. Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields
