Job Description - In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campus hiring strategies to attract top talent from leading educational institutions.

Your primary objective will be to build and nurture relationships with universities and colleges, while effectively promoting our organisation as an employer of choice for fresh graduates.

You will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure the successful execution of our campus hiring initiatives.

Description

1. Develop and Execute Campus Hiring Strategy:

- Design and implement an end-to-end campus hiring strategy aligned with the company's talent acquisition goals and objectives.

- Identify target campuses and establish relationships with key stakeholders, such as placement offices, faculty members, and student organizations.

- Create a strong employer brand presence on campuses through various activities, such as career fairs, workshops, guest lectures, and hackathons.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop customized campus recruitment plans for specific roles and departments.

- Regularly evaluate and refine the campus hiring strategy based on feedback, metrics, and market trends.

2. Relationship Building and Networking:

- Foster strong relationships with placement officers, professors, and student organizations to enhance our company's reputation and visibility on campuses.

- Act as a brand ambassador at campus events, promoting our organization's values, culture, and career opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates from target campuses, keeping track of their academic progress and interests.

3. Campus Hiring Events and Activities:

- Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, campus drives, pre-placement talks, and technical assessments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics, branding materials, interview schedules, and candidate evaluations.

- Deliver presentations and workshops to educate students about our company, industry trends, and career opportunities in the HealthTech sector.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to arrange internship programs, campus ambassador initiatives, and other engagement activities.

4. Candidate Assessment and Selection:

- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to identify the best-fit talent for our organization.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.

- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, making recommendations for final selections.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions in the applicant tracking system.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Track and analyse key metrics related to campus hiring, such as the number of applications, conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and time-to-fill.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarising campus hiring activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise the campus hiring process, enhance candidate quality, and increase efficiency.

Profile:

- An MBA in human resources from a premium institute

- 4 to 10 years of proven experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Tech industry

- Strong knowledge of campus hiring trends, best practices, and strategies.

- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Flexibility to travel to various campuses as required.
