- As a Campus Recruiter, the role is pivotal in driving campus full-time, and internship hiring initiatives and create a strong base for the organization. As a first point of contact, you will need to have a can-do, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multitask and be extremely organised.


- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees, institute deans and candidates is essential.

- The role requires an ability to work in dynamic and fast paced work environment. Proficiency in MS office and exposure/ learning orientation towards recruitment processes would be preferred.

Responsibilities :

- As a campus recruiter you would be responsible for working closely with campus placement teams and smoothly executing the campus strategy throughout the year.

- Drive campus hiring and initiatives

- Liaison with Tier I & II Engineering colleges, B-Schools and Economics colleges to recruit high potential students and recent graduates

- Research on industry practises and capture market intelligence

- Constant communication and negotiation with campuses for a suitable hiring slot, advertising job details, review pre-assessment shortlists

- Create test links and share with campuses along with detailed instructions prior to the test slot

- Share details of shortlisted students with the campuses, arrange panel members and set up logistics for virtual campus drives

- Report on recruiting metrics after every campus hiring event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired

- Generate high quality analysis, insights and improve the quality of hiring from campus

- Work closely with Business units/Staffing/FAA and onboarding teams to ensure smooth onboarding and allocation of Campus recruits

- Work closely with the onboarding team to generate offer letters

- Lead pre-joining engagement activities

- Lead internship hiring activities and processes

- Ensuring process adherence at all times

Experience :

- Upto 2 years experience of strong campus recruiting experience in an IT services/Analytics/Tech company

- Ability to communicate with senior Deans of campuses/placement departments

- Ability to work with several stakeholders

- Team player & a self-starter

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient with MS Office tools - Advanced Excel & Power Point
