- With 8 to 12 Yrs of strong campus hiring experience from Tier 1 Institute's & Companies
1. To implement creative strategies to improve digital and campus engagement.
2. To build and maintain relationships with colleges and to market the firm to selected colleges.
3. To manage and expand social media efforts, initiating new opportunities for student development, faculty development, course curriculum design support, engagement with offer accept candidates.
4. To drive the success of the Internship program.
5. To anchor, collaborate, support and coordinate with campus delivery, marketing team, business leaders, alumni teams and other internal groups to ensure successful implementation of programs to maximize hiring outcomes.
6. To leverage the use of social media / other platforms to connect with millennials.
7. To monitor and track Campus Engagement budget and drive ROI of all engagement initiatives
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 8 years of experience in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Social Media and Digital communication.
2. Strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools
3. Strong ability to identify, forge and maintain key relationships with Universities/ Colleges across India
4. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in information technology and their applications to communication strategies.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, Strategic thinking skills and the ability to work both independently.Profile Summary
