The primary purpose of the Job is to design and implement structured campus hiring and engagement initiatives across Campuses to build our brand and attract the best available talent. It involves managing the hiring process end to end to bring in the best talent across select B Schools in India. Other roles and responsibilities include managing the employer branding for programs on social media/website management , and managing Careers and Movements. Campus compensation benchmarking and rewards management in partnership with businesses are additional core responsibilities of this job.

- Ensuring company gets a premium and preferred hiring slot at all campuses - for LEAP (IIM A/B/C/L/XLRI/ISB) and HRLP hiring (MDI/TISS/XLRI) for Internships and Full Time roles
- To attract the right and best talent on campus
- Staying up-to-date with competition and market rewards strategies
- Innovation in terms of content coverage at pre-placement talks/ campus engagements
- Hiring of CA industrial trainees once a year through online sourcing and hiring of CA rank holders .
