1. Showcase your passion of campus talent acquisition and ensure a smooth candidate hiring and onboarding experience.
2. Communicate with TPO's, HODs & student coordinators of Colleges and Universities in the assigned region.
3. Coordinate for campus hiring dates, venue & logistics.
4. Coordinate with Campus Team at corporate office for SME interviews and final selection.
5. Conduct on/off campus recruitment drive & manage relevant logistics (venue, hotel/guest house, travel etc)
6. Follow up with selected candidates post recruitment process to ensure maximum turnout.
7. Coordinate on-boarding activities of selected candidates. (joining formalities, induction etc)
8. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential colleges/universities
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. MBA/PGDM with 4-5 Years of experience in Campus Recruitment for Technical/Non-Technical profiles
2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
3. Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability of stakeholder management.
6. Proficiency in MS office, power point and data management.
7. Preference will be given to candidates with Science background
