Role: Campus Placements & Special Projects, with a leading company with its HQ in Pune
- The role is a blend of Campus placement and Special projects. He/ she will be a campus ambassador and lead campus recruitment efforts and would create a positive end to end experience for candidates
- The incumbent will partner with management on workforce planning and succession planning.
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about University relations and campus hiring and has bold ideas with a potential to revolutionize this space.
- Ability to prioritize and cope with competing demands. Must possess a sense of urgency and excellent execution and project management skills.
- This role will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with key Universities which in-turn would help us attract top talent.
- Additionally, this role also involves partnering with various internal stakeholders like Business leaders, HR leaders and teams.
- The role calls for an outstanding planning, execution and problem-solving abilities.
Some of the other key responsibilities would be:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with our preferred campus partners to maintain our position as an employer of choice there
- Build relationships with range of stakeholder audience which includes professors, student groups, students, Placement officers, vendor partners and more
- Leverage the use of social media / other platforms to connect with students
- Manage end to end program governance
- Ensure maximum our branding initiatives reach out to students of our key campuses and have maximum traction from the target group
Education & Experience
- Post Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from a PREMIER INSTITUTE
- A minimum of 2-5 years of solid HR experience with organizations of repute for HR practices
- Exposure to robust HR processes
- Experience of leading campus programs required
Skills & Abilities:
- The successful candidate must be bright, quick, articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills, who possesses independence of thought and opinion to provide candour and honesty to support and influence key decisions.
- Ability to establish quality relationships, a strong communication link and credibility within the HR team and the business through the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and mutual respect. Must have a demonstrated track record of building functional credibility.
- Wide extensive network of colleges across levels and regions to meet the forecasted manpower needs of the organisation
