Roles & Responsibilities :
- Partner with the business to forecast and gather campus hiring needs - Full Time and Summer Interns
- Work with senior stakeholders for co-creating campus strategy and take accountability of implementation
- Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses
- Design and deliver Campus/ Internship engagement programs
- Develop market knowledge and help promote the company as an employer of choice amongst target campuses
