We are recruiting for 2 Recruiter with strong Campus hiring experience for our esteemed manufacturing client. These are contractual roles.

- We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to help organisations find and hire the best people on campuses, which is a key part of growing their talent pool. An ideal candidate's role involves building relationships with colleges and universities, holding recruiting events on campus, and working with hiring managers to figure out what they need from recruiters.


- To be successful in this role, a good Campus Recruiter should have experience with hiring people, know what the current hiring trends are, and what the job market needs. They should be focused on getting things done, well-organised, and skilled at solving problems. In this position, professionals can expect to play a key role in helping organisations reach their recruitment goals, building their network and professional skills, and making meaningful connections with colleges and universities.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain good relationships with colleges and universities.

- Plan and carry out on-campus recruiting events.

- Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

- Identify and source potential candidates using various campus resources.

- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to ensure they meet the minimum requirements.

- Coordinate campus interviews and other selection activities.

- Control candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

- Keep accurate and current records of all campus recruitment activities.

- Create and implement strategies for attracting top talent on campus.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices in campus recruitment.

- Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Always present the company in a professional and positive light.

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Former experience in campus recruitment. Should have worked closely with IITs, NITs and local tier 3 colleges and have strong connect with the institutes

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Skilled in organising and time management.

- Ability to work both on their own and with a group.

- Staying abreast of the latest hiring trends.

- Prior experience with software and databases for hiring.

- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to set priorities and handle many tasks at once.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Proven ability to keep things confidential.

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Strong abilities to negotiate and close a position successfully.

- Notice period - immediate joiners to 30 days
