Requirements
What it takes to be in this role:
1. A minimum of 5 years university recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
2. Proven ability to create a strategic campus recruiting strategy while maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
3. Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
